I have a Bally Wave in one of my venues that no matter what I do, I can't stop it from scaling horizontally. Initially I changed to a different processor that would keep flickering the image in the audit menu but not in post - changed the GPU as well from the one that scaled correctly to full length screen. No matter what I do it just won't go full length. Any ideas?

Has it ever worked properly?
Yes, however recently I replaced the batteries in it with new ones - hasn't come back since.
The only time that I've seen that happen is when the video cables are not in the correct ports. Is it doing it on all screens including the topper and Ideck?
